For the website templates, what can I customize?
We provide you with a complete template (fully written and designed). From there you can customize the copy as you desire (within the bounds of the word-count guidelines!) as well as change any/all images.
These are templates, meaning you plug in your content according to the layout of the sites. Customization of layout is not available in the Business in a Box offering.
That being said, you get FULL editing power over your website once it’s been built by our team. There will be a tutorial in your Client Portal to walk you through making changes/edits. The sky’s the limit for what you wish to do to your website once it’s in your hands!
How quickly are the websites made?
There are 3 steps to the process:
1. You will first submit your brand choices and copy document via our member’s area. From then, you will receive the first iteration of your website design within 15 business days.
2. Once you have reviewed the first iteration, you can move directly to step 3, or you can decide to submit a round of corrections, which we will get back to you within 10 business days. This iteration of the website is final.
3. Next, you’ll be prompted to create an account with our website provider. Once you submit your account details to us, we will transfer your website to your account and bring it LIVE within 10 business days. From this point forward, the website is yours to do with as you please!

I’m terrible with tech! How will I manage my website after it’s built?
Our team has taken the time to record in-depth tutorials on how to make edits to your website. It’s easy-peasy!
What is website hosting?
Website hosting is where your website “lives” on the internet. If you want your website to be live online—in other words, if you want anyone other than you to see it—then website hosting is a necessary part of the process. Regardless of where you have your website built, you will have a monthly hosting fee! With your BiB website, it is included in the $25/month fee payable to the website provider.
Is the content I’ll be receiving editable?
YES! You’ll receive all of your assets (the presentation, social media prompts, etc.) in editable formats.
If you are purchasing the Business in a Box Website Package (i.e. including a website and brand kit), you get full editing access to your website, and you will get the Canva files of your logo and business cards so that you can make any changes you desire.
No, but you will get print-ready files that you simply submit to a local printer or online printing service. We recommend Vista Print.
